Low Fat Butter
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray has given me flavor, when I thought flavor was lost forever. I can use this on my toast, use it to grill up onions, or spray it on my steamed vegetables. I can use this butter spray in any way that I used butter before. Note that the servings for I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter are measured by the number of sprays. So one should use the spray, and not pour from the bottle. By pouring the butter out, you lose the ability to accurately measure how much you are actually using.
The following recipe is one of my favorites because I can still eat what I want, while staying within an acceptable amount of calories. This recipe is also sweet enough that it is not even necessary to use the jelly or syrup. However, for many of us, French toast without toppings is somewhat saddening. My recipe will help you! This entire recipe is less than 400 calories, low in sugar, low in fat, low in cholesterol, and is filling. I do not however suggest that you eat all six pieces of toast. This recipe is best when shared with a loved one.
