Low Calorie Beer
Beer of course, is not a diet food. However, this does not necessarily make people stop drinking beer. If you must drink beer, go for a lower calorie version. Between Miller Lite, Bud Light, and Michelob Ultra, the lowest calorie beer is Miller Lite. There is a big difference, if drinking many. Miller Lite is the best choice in this case, but there is not a big difference between the different lite beers if only drinking a few. So simply pick your favorite.
Cutting back to drinking lite beer does not mean that you can go out and have an extreme amount of beer, and think that you will not gain any weight. You can gain weight from high calorie intake, whether that be from lite beer or full flavored beer. This being said, drink responsibly for your safety and for
your waistline.
