Lettuce
Lettuce comes in different variations. A basic rule of thumb is, the greener, the healthier, however lighter does not at all mean unhealthy. All lettuce is
excellent for your health. Using lettuce in salads and wraps is a good way to add fiber and nutrients to your diet without going over board. You can wrap
your tuna with lettuce for a tasty side dish or add letuce to your Boca Burger sandwich.
