Fat Free Cheese
Kraft, as well as many off brands, have recently come out with a fat free cheese. As we shop around for good healthy foods, I would suggest that you take
advantage of this new low calorie food if you must have cheese. This fat free cheese is 30 calories, melts well, tastes like cheese, and adds that cheesy
portion of a meal that is sometimes desired. You can also melt this cheese on top of a Boca Burger to make a fantastic cheeseburger. Or you can make a
tomato sandwich with toasted bread and a slice of this wonderful cheese.
Easy Quesadilla

Ingredients
4 slices of Kraft fat free cheese
½ medium onion chopped
½ medium green bell pepper chopped
½ cup mushrooms sliced
½ cup salsa
4 LaTortilla tortilla shells
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray
Black pepper to taste
Two plates
Directions
Sautee onions, peppers, and mushrooms with ICBINB spray.
In separate pan, lightly toast tortilla in a pan with ICBINB spray.
Toast the remaining three tortillas the same way.
Place one tortilla on each plate.
Pour half of onion, pepper, and mushroom mixture on each tortilla.
Distribute two slices of cheese on top of each tortilla.
Place remaining tortillas on top of cheese.
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
Quarter each tortilla.
Serve immediately with salsa.
Serves 2-4.
