Healthy Diet Food Are you looking all over the Internet for healthy diet food, and having trouble? Look no further. I am going to open your eyes up to some of the best diet health foods out there. They have been around for many years. The brief list is, oranges, apples, plums, grapes, green beans, artichokes, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, cherries, bananas, and the list goes on. This diet is not hard. The items I listed are not hard to find, or difficult to incorporate into anybody's lifestyle. Do you think you are too busy to prepare fruits and vegetables? Most fruit can be eaten right after they are rinsed off. How convenient is that? Too busy to chop vegetables for dinner, buy them frozen, put them on a plate, covered with a wet paper towel. The vegetables are done in less than 3 minutes. Crave a hamburger, or even a cheeseburger? Get a pack of Boca burgers. Cut up some onions and green peppers, and pan fry it with some pepper and some I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray. Toast a healthy lite whole wheat hamburger bun, add fat free cheese at the end. You have a healthy alternative to the outrageously unhealthy restaurant cheeseburger. Salads can be healthy, if you know how to make them. Of course lettuce, spinach, broccoli, green/yellow/red peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes are excellent salad items. But you can also add mandarin oranges, raisins, cauliflower, dried cranberries, and almonds to make a healthy salad even more filling and nutrient rich. After you have gotten all of your fruits and vegetables into your salad, think about the topping for your salad. Salad dressing, cheese, bacon, croutons, etc can lesson an entire healthy quality of a salad. I would suggest saying no to all of it. However, I also know how dreadful it can be to eat a salad without at least a little dressing. So there are a few different choices. You could make a low-calorie/low-fat honey mustard salad dressing. It contains mustard, Splenda, fat free mayo, and black pepper. Season and sweeten to taste. If you are eating your salad at a restaurant, you could bring your own salad dressing. Make your own salad dressing ahead of time, or make sure that whatever restaurant you are going to has a healthy and tasteful salad dressing. Either way, prepare ahead so you are not left with the options of unhealthy eating or a bland salad.
