Carrots
Carrots are cheap. You can buy carrots in already cut shapes, which makes it easy to pack for lunches. You can eat them alone, or dip them in fat free
salad dressing. You can buy cooked carrots in a can. Cooked carrots are good for soups, noodle dishes, stir fry, tortilla filler, etc. You can also add
carrot shreds into every day dishes. Nobody will notice, but you will know the health that you are bringing to your family.
