Biblical Diet Food

The bible diet is not terribly different from other diets. There are a few basics to this diet. First, God made dirty animals and clean animals. Within the Bible Diet, only clean animals are allowable to eat. The dirty ones, are not to be eaten. The list of clean meats are poultry, fish, and beef. Pigs and shellfish are not be eaten, for as this Bible diet goes, they are seen as dirty and unhealthy. While beef is on the clean list, it is to be eaten sparingly, and should be saved for celebrations.

People are not to eat bloody food; for example the person who orders a steak very rare. It is thought that the animals consume certain sicknesses and diseases while living, and when they are slaughtered for human consumption they still carry these bad things. If we consume something that still has viewable blood, we are at risk of catching the sicknesses that the animals had.

One should eat a plentiful amount of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain bread and legumes are to be eaten. Fiber is important, and food selections should be chosen to best benefit our health.
